A platform dedicated to creating for Christ as we produce faith-based content that presents the reality of Christ in relatable ways.
Sparked by a desire to connect with fellow Christian creatives to create for the glory of God.
God created an entire universe that proclaims His glory.
Then God created us and blessed us with the gift of creativity.
We were created to create.
A filmmaker might hear God speaking through a scene in a film.
A designer might gleam valuable insights into God’s majesty through conceptualisation.
A doctor treating patients might understand deeper truths about God’s healing love.
An engineer might be awestruck by God’s sustaining power.
A photographer might find glimpses of God’s beauty in God’s own creation.
And so on…
The vision of Timely Wanderings starts with each of us. It doesn’t matter who you are.
You've learnt to experience God in different ways. Show it!
We consume a lot of content every day which is what our reference points consist of. Whether we realise it or not, most (if not all) of this can very well be used by God to speak to us and reveal things about Him that we wouldn’t otherwise know. After all, all of creation points to the Creator.
Perhaps you’re a photographer to whom God has spoken through a photograph; or you’re a writer and that’s your preferred medium. Maybe music is more your thing. You could be someone who loves moving images and can create a video/film. You could be anyone with your own preferred medium of communication. Use it!
Tell the world of your own unique experience with your Heavenly Father!
Timely Wanderings is also about our stories. Stories of God’s faithfulness. Perhaps you’d like to share a story from your life about how the Lord has been faithful or even how the Lord saved you. Tell those stories. Let the light shine!
